Local pick up orders: You MUST be of legal age to order online for local pick up. If you are not of age and order for local pick up, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do NOT order items. You will lose money doing so.
Our kits come with a manufacturer warranty of 30 days. Note that some items require you to contact the manufacturer directly). You will be required to return the item to us at your expense (shipping costs). We will then test the item and if we find it faulty we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. If we deem the product does not have a defect, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
No refunds, no exchanges, no returns on any purchase unless the item is defective. If defective, we will replace with an exact item (or suitable replacement).
We do not offer warranty on any atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, coils or tanks unless they are dead on arrival.
